The Nairobi Tribe Safaris accepts card, MPesa, cash, bank transfer, cheque, and PayPal. You can also book a trip and pay later as part of the payment terms. 

We offer adventure, cultural, nature, and luxury trips for customers with diverse interests and preferences. Our adventure trips involve activities like trekking, hiking, kayaking, and mountaineering. Our cultural trips focus on local food and cultural experiences. Our nature trips take you to breathtaking natural wonders like national parks and wildlife sanctuaries. Lastly, our luxury trips take you to high-end hotels and resorts for ultimate pampering and relaxation.

We are located in Kilimani, Nairobi. We also have offices opposite Clarion Hotel, near Jivangee gardens, in Nairobi CBD. 

We are open from 8 AM to 5 PM Mon-Fri and travel on weekends. you can reach us through

We aim for excellent service. You can get a refund if you don’t like your trip’s terms (following guidelines). But, we suggest transferring to another trip instead. This way, you can choose a trip that better suits your needs and preferences and avoid extra cancellation fees. Our team can help you with this. We are committed to ensuring a smooth and enjoyable travel experience for you.

Age limits may apply for certain trips, such as adventure activities. Research to ensure activities are appropriate for your age group. Contact the tour operator for more information. Other travel options are available if you cannot participate in a specific trip.

Stay connected while traveling in wifi areas. Most hotels, cafes, and restaurants offer free wifi for customers—just ask for the password. Airports and train stations also offer wifi. Download maps and guides to use offline in case of no service. Enjoy a worry-free trip!
